ive been on this site for some time now and haven't contributed with anything yet, but soon

I would like to have some advice for a scammed account.

So...

I scammed some guy and he didn't have SQ answer or CD-key, all I did get was my email on the account, i had the password and the account name.

I was on a internet cafe the other day while scamming this guy and someone next to me must have seen my note with accname and password (they were both really easy and simple). So when I tried to log on to the account today the password was changed. It couldn't be the original owner since blizzard dont take recalls on the weekends.

Now i have recieved an email about "Do you want to confirm to change e-mail on your account?" Ofc i pressed "no". So it's clear someone is trying to get the account not that i have like "forgot the password".

So my question is: All i have is Accname, SecretQuestion(but no answer) and my email account registered on the account. Is there anyway that i could get the account back with only this information ? Would really appriciate any help

No, there really is no way to get it back, unless you call Blizzard and get the fortune of talking to an employee who knows very little about Blizzard policy. I bet the original owner recovered his password and that the email will soon be changed (when he gets a chance to call Blizzard). In the future, if you scam an account, get the Email and Last name so that you can transfer the account to a new one using wow lawyers method.

Yes, but the thing is, the mail haven't been changed and I know that it was the guy next to me at the internet cafe who did it and he doesn't got anything but the account and the password. So i dont care if i dont get the account back anymore i just dont want him to have it because he laughed and told me a sucker. Just want do to something that gets the account banned or the guys original account banned.

Any ideas?

Reporting him might work. If they do an account investigation and ask him to send in an ID, he won't be able to save his account.
