I've searched for any answer bot i found nothing special
I got a Loginname and a PW its a very nice account ...but i think im not able to steal it without other informations. Is Goldstealing really the max. i can do with these infos or could somebody with experience tell me pls whats to do for best result ?

You can't do anything with that information. I would just take the gold. You need minimum of email and last name to do anything worth while. You will probably find that the password has been changed later. Although, if he doesn't know you have it, you may be able to keep it for a while.

he pays via creditcard , can i transfer the char for his costs on my server to steal the gold ?

You could, however this takes time and may require a confirmation to do the actual character transfer (not positive on this one). Also that would be considered fraud (he could probably call blizzard and have it reversed, but still not worth the risk). You can't get in trouble for scamming currency or accounts, but you can get in trouble for scamming real money. I'm not sure how you got the username and pass. Usually I try to get at least the email and "verify" the last name against his paypal account when doing a scam such as posing as a company. Good Luck!

What you told, sounds logical. I got the Infos via phishingsite , he only filled out the first fields

hm well i guess i must take the money (other way is for me personal to danger) :

1 i'll sell all his items on npc
2 create a lvl 1 charon his account
3 trans the money to the new lvl 1 char
4 create a lvl 1 char on my account , who stays on the same server like the scamed one
5 send the money from lvl 1 char to lvl 1 char
6 create another lvl 1 char on my acc on server with the scammed acc, trans the money again
7 delete the lvl 1 chars between the acc's

maybe if i really need the money i ll change the char with the gold on my server

It seems logical. I don't usually do gold scamming. I usually try to do account scamming using posing as a company or Kaizou. I'm not positive on the best way of transferring gold. I believe I've seen the method you mentioned before. You could also get the account banned if you don't need it anymore (but I'm not sure if this will help or hurt you as I've never tried it).
