Proxys only work on browsers, so they wouldn't work on games, some are transparent so Blizzard still might be able to see through it while logging onto the account management page, and finally Blizzard won't allow most on the account management page. I would just change my IP, it takes about 30s if you have a dynamic IP or router.

I've tried your tip already. Don't work on my ISP. They don't change mine by a reconnection(even when waiting). I sent them an email, but got the answer that it will change randomly every now and then, and could not be changed on request or me manually. Anony proxies is not transperent. Transparent sucks, eod.

IP don't work in game, no. But will work on acc management, where the payment and transfers are done. And the only place I would need it. And if I get a good one, Blizz won't know it's a proxy even.. Need a proxy judge and a list to get this started.

There should be a reset button on your modem if it is dynamic like you say it is. You could also call your internet service provider.

If you go through a router there should be a release and renew button in the router management.

If you go straight through the modem you should be able to renew your ip: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

My ISP tells me that changing IP is not possible on request nor by me. I've tried to DC the modem, but it's getting the same IP, even after several hours! Need to wait for it to change by itself.

But it seems like it's not the accounts that are flagged, it's the CC. A friend of mine just transferred for me on one new account that I got. Mine and my GFs still fails...
