I scammed this account with a 70 on it, and I got all info except of the Answer for the secret question. Is there any way I can get this answer without calling Blizz? Just sit and guess or what? :P

Yes there is. Email them saying that your secret answer is not working and ask them to reset it. Provide all the information, cd keys name and last name all the info you know and they will reset it for you.

I was just talking to the book of Blizzard rules, the wowlawyer so all I say from here on now is what he thought me therefor you shouldn't be thanking me but him. Anyway to answer your question, Yes you can retrieve the secret question and reset it but ONLY if the account is Europe. Sadly enough this doesn't work for US, what you do it just go here:

If you have the full name on the account, then you could just try find out about him online.
Eg: the SQ is "mums name" so you'd search for his online profiles and see if he mentions his mum anywhere :P.
