Pattern verifier plugin for IDA

- pattern update from selection
- pattern creation from selection
- export to XML file
- some menu (like load/export) move to top IDA's EDIT menu

some fixes/changes
still need some work on it but useable

Here is first version "pattern helper/verifier" plugin for IDA.
It will load your pattern.xml (or whatever you call it).
You can search loaded assembly for patterns etc...
Not much implemented yet but can be helpfull in some situation (like check you patterns after the patch).
In future i am planning to add
- patterns update (from selection)
- export back to xml

if you have any suggestions - welcome to voice it, will try to implement.

F10 - default hot-key
all menu - on right mouse (load xml, etc...)
