It's prolly the one. Emote states are only for w/e emote a player/npc is doing. Animation is what state the model is in walking/running etc.. i think, or if you just want to see if a fishing bobber is bobbing anyways i use the offset at 216 to see if you got a fishy. YAAAAR!
