They advertise a promotion on 1-60 power leveling at $169.. But what they don't tell you is that the accounts they power level have been compromised and/or banned.
Which means, they'll loot your characters dry then change the password or they'll get your account banned for using a power leveling service. As far as gold goes it's not the cheapest because they probably get it from another company -- But the gold does get delivered. Power leveling works out once in awhile with them, so if you have a blank account you can't really get hurt having them power level you for so cheap.

I used power leveling from them twice. I bought 1-60 for a hunter. They got to level 18 before being perm banned. I told them about it, they gave me money for a new subscription, a new registration key for a new account, and my money back.
Although I didnt get power leveled I did get more than expected when it comes to being paid back.

I have used Brogame for a while now to get gold. They always get my order processed and delivered within a few hours of me placing the order. I never used the Powerleveling service, because I don't like the idea of giving my account over to anyone so I can't rate that.
I used their PowerLeveling service just before the new PvP revision back in Nov '06.
They got me 1 level before the account was Perma-banned. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for blizzard to re-enable the account back.
I asked for my money back, or at least an appropiate amount since they only did 1/9 th of the service, but they refused to pay me what I asked and what was due to me.
I made a paypal claim, but I guess paypal doesn't do claims for services.
In short:
Horrible PowerLeveling service!
Good place to buy gold though.
If you order gold from these guys, I understand they take order then often fail to deliver.
you have to keep recontacting them over several days to find out what is going on only for them to eventually issue you wit ha refund.
Essentially they take orders for stuff they dont have / know they can get and then try to fullfil them.
Means if you want a small amount of gold you are probably ok, but if you are buying 1000+ gold you could eait for days until you give up and ask for a refund.
nothing stopping these guys from only selling what they have, or keeping customers informed as to how long it is going to take them to source and supply your order.
i was gonna buy some gold but then when i was goin to place my order, i noticed their prices went up like $7 for 50g so i ditched that.
My friend bought power leving from 62-70 for like $190 or $180 recently. they got him a 3 day band at 66. he then gave the account back to the power levelers (lol, bad decision) and they got him perma banned at 68. when he went to get a refund, they gave him $90 back (or $80, cant remember) and now he's buying some account off ebay for the money he spent on power leveling.
From my experiences with brogame; i gotta say, overall bad site to deal with.
Never used their powerleveling services so i can't comment on that, but i bought gold from them several times and they always delivered the amount i ordered in less than 1 hour. They also have the lowest prices on my server.

I made the powerleveling mistake. Got a 60 hunter 64 rogue and the shaman level 69 they were powerleveling banned.. When I try to get a refund they close the live chat window.

Bought gold the weekend before spring break, April 6th/7th, waited about a week, no gold, I ordered 150, ok so we e-mail them. Low to be hold you have to call them/them call you to "confirm" your order. Bullshit, not when I've been a customer for about 8months now, and this has never happened before. Ok, we get the bullshit out of the way and guess what now? No gold, 2 weeks later, call them back, and FINALLY, I get 145 gold in the mail, 5 gold, I'm not waiting another 3 weeks for five gold. Very disatisfied. :'(
I'm not trashing on their service, this is the only time I've ever had this bad of service....buy at own risk.
