Yea they suck balls.. i had them powerlevel me and got my acount susspend 2 times...they only got the lvling done and not the gold or proffs..i told them this and they were like let me check and i was like i want that done or my money back...so this has been goin on for a month now... when ever i email my problem it seems like img talkin to a new person each time..

Im just glad this has been brought to attention. i bought gold from them once, didnt recieve it so i used livechat, theys said they sent and wouldn't give ground, then when i emailed them after escalating my paypal dispute, they threatened to report me to blizzard (lol) and then i got my money back Via AmEx customer support
