They didn't publish an address on their website and they don't say where they are from. But we know that the company was founded in Hong Kong and later they established their central department in Chongqing, China.
Company History
Igxe is one of the biggest virtual currency seller on the market. The company was founded in Hong Kong in 2001 and operated mostly on Ebay until 2004 when their website first went online.
In 2006 they acquired another currency seller, Overseagame.com consolidating their market presence and establishing their main office in Chongquin, China. Igxe’s registered capital is 500,000 US Dollars.
Navigability and Appearance
Their site has four languages, English, French, German and Chinese. The interface is well designed and the pages load fast enough, but sometimes there are just too many stuff and it can look messy.
In general the website is easy to navigate and there wasn't broken links or sections. The bad things are the broken English, the strange expressions they sometimes use, and the very bad looking search engine optimization text that they filled pages with.

IGXE often runs a series of discounts and always seems to have a coupon somewhere on their website. At the moment I wrote this review there was a 5% discount coupon available, and I was provided with another one when I talked to the customer support.
There is also a membership reward system that will grant bigger discounts on every new purchase. So far this is the richest promotion system I have been through.

I found several complaints about the IGXE's customer support. People reported unacceptable waits to get an operator, and poor english due to their support department being located in China. There are some very funny conversation reported by [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] where their operators looks really retarded. I am surely considering this bad feedback in the customer support's rating, even if I had a good experience with their agents.
I have talked to them via live chat several times, and I was surprisingly pleased. Their english wasn't perfect, but was good enough to provide a good support. The operators never lied to me, and they admitted they didn't have stocks for some servers. The wating time for the responses wasn't too bad either. Sometimes I got a little pushed to place my order, but I have also received several 5% discount coupons from their agents.
I have always found them to be polite and they never tryed to dismiss me either.

Well even if he was talking from China, David had enough english skills for what i needed. I'd rather get a deeper explanation of the verification process, but I can't complain.
In the end he didn't lie about stocks and offered me a discount coupon to make up for the longer wait.
Price
IGXE have the best prices we have found for all vendors we have listed so far. The price of 5,6$ for 10 Millions credits rate first in our standings. The price may differ from galaxy to galaxy anyway. As explained in our FAQ we do not give much importance to the price in our ratings, so we believe that our galaxy's price or a sample average price will be good enough.

They don't have any kind of price matching service. Nor they would need any as they have the best prices we could find.

The payment for 5,6$ gets processed I get redirected to the IGXE thank you page where for some reasons a strange green lizard was thanking me for the order:

So my order looks ok, and as usual i was expecting some verification requests like a phone call or an I.D. request which I really dislike doing.

They have verified my order without calling me or asking me personal informations. This is a big plus in my book because the verification process is invasive and it can be considered a burden for the buyer. It is performed in the seller’s only interest to keep himself safe from fraudulent payments.
The reason of this is that I have used a verified Paypal address, a shipping address, account name and email address that matched the Paypal ones. I strongly suggest that you do the same. Fill their forms with the same exact data of your Paypal account and you might skip verifications as I did.
Claimed and Real Stocks
They admitted they were out of stock at the moment for my galaxy which is Gorath. I appreciate the fact that they didn't lie to me about stocks as often happen. They also gave me a 5% discount coupon to make up to the longer waiting time.
Delivery - Claimed and Effective Time
"If your order is in stock we can usually deliver within 30 minutes. deliveries can occasionally take up to 90 minutes or longer however depending on order volumes and game server traffic. And for large orders and also the orders of high demand servers and game , we suggest you check the stock on our live chat before you place the order in order to have a quick delivery. It took them 23 hours to farm and deliver my credits. It's a pretty good delivery time considering they were out of stock. The average delivery time reported on the web is about 20 hours for IGXE, so I didn't get too unlucky.
I haven't received any confirmation mail as I did in my previous orders on other websites.
Not a big deal anyway, because I log into my character and here they are my 10 million credits at my bank terminal.

We have chosen the Bank Tip option as it is way easier to accomplish and also I don't have to get crazy trying to meet their character somewhere in the galaxy.
They have actually sent me 10 single tips for 1 million credits each. Their character was named "Edidec". It's the same character that sent us credits in our order with Swagvault, which make me assume the two companes have the same credits provider.

IGXE has grown enough to be considered one of the biggest currency vendor. There are mixed reviews about them, but in my experience I never had a trouble.
The are a China based business, and this may cause some problems whenever something goes wrong with your order. Their support is good enough but it's clearly provided from China and shall be improved.
I agree than their name is too similar to the well know vendor IGE, but IGXE is building its own name now and they are proving their reliability day by day.
I will surely buy again from them in the future as I have only got smooth transactions and fast deliveries on this site.
