Ooooo!!!! I wanna review this site I've bought gold 3-4 times and powerleveling once from them.
Gold Quantities 500g and Lower - 5/5 - Spectacular speed...all 3 times I've gotten the gold within an hour or two.
Gold Quantities Exceeding 500g - 1/5 - Possibly the slowest mass-quantity gold gathering site around. And after waiting for several hours on LiveChat, they told me they would "bump me up to the front" which is BS. I suggest you order several low-quantity orders as they seem to be filled quickly, just make a new char and mail the gold back to your high level after they send it to you.

Powerleveling - Doesn't deserve a rating - I've only bought powerleveling from them once...and I can assure you it was my last >:|. Levels 22-40 (Didn't feel like grinding to 40 with my mage so I could AoE Farm properly =]). I'm going to make a little point-list as it needs it if any of ya'll consider it.
1 - They bot. They'll get you banned, and they don't give a rat's ass about it. I told their support team I caught them botting on my friend's account (they just walked back and forth in Alterac Mountains or w/e it is killing the same yeti spawn over and over and over). They assured me they didn't which was a load. I was thinking of reporting my guy to a GM myself just to get my money back because of point...
2 - The speed of their bots was horrible, even if the little human-element was implemented. They quoted me 3 days for 22-40...not so bad, figured I could do that solo if I sat in front of my computer for 3 days doing nothing but grinding (hell, maybe even 2 days!). They lied. It took them 17 1/2 days to do my damn character, and they were on it like 24/7. They got an averaged 1 level per day (obviously 2 levels on one day). I had my hopes set high for these guys, since in the first day they did 22-30. Second day, they did 30 to...uh...30. It took until probably day 6 or 7 until my character dinged 31. Probably because I was on their asses like Hitler on Jews (no offense to anyone just making a simile! =]). Dunno, either way
when I was finally 40 (I checked on the Armor because they rarely update it on the site due to the mass-quantity of order) I went to LiveChat to ask if everything was complete and if it was safe to get back on my account etc. etc. They told me, and I quote, "you should buy gold for u and we can put it on now". I told them no thanks (I already paid an extra $20 so they could get me my mount, etc.). They then told me "we dont have enough gold for mount but if u buy gold we have enough". I'm thinking WTF YOU'RE A GOLD SELLING COMPANY THAT NEEDS GOLD?!?! I decided to not lose my cool and try to remind him/her that I already paid the $20 for my mount. They then said, "plz hold". That's their classic excuse for Oh, shit. I've done $#(*ed up. When they say that guys, beware, go grab a cold one, do something besides sit and hope they come back for it took me probably a good 1-2 hours before the Customer Service Rep. came back and said "the powerlvling is complete bye". And closed the chat. Of course, I'm already pissed off enough about the mount stuff, and now they have the nerve to say F U and "bye" without so much as an explanation. I logged onto my account and guess what I found! The exact same gear I had as 22, my talent spec was retarded (13 Arcane, 16 Fire, 12 Frost), and on top of all that I had 0G 0S 0C and NOTHING in my inventory (not even a hearthstone). Also, I didn't even have the newest spells! They took me for a fool then, and it ended up as me talking to the owner of THSale for hours on end and trying to get everything figured out. In the end, (about 2-3 days later) I got 100G (which paid for my mount and new spells) and the guy offered me a "Totally awesome deal dude!" which was a complete rip. The deal: Buy 1-70 Powerleveling and they'll give me 100g Free! Oh wow, I can totally grind outland for like 30 minutes for that at 70 as a mage.
In conclusion, if you absolutely NEED some small amount of gold (say for your 40 mount) look no further. THSale is perfect for that. But if you're one of those people that need the gold for your Epic Flyer, hell even your regular Epic Mount, then don't buy from them. Find another company. Also, if you buy powerleveling from them, expect to get dicked around 24 fricken 7.
And if you complain about their powerleveling, expect to get banned. They bot, and they'll report you to Blizz so they get
from Blizz not to ban them while you get banned. That's what happened to me. WAS a 70 Undead PvPer on Frostwolf, a GM messaged me and said he knew I was botting and if I didn't stop right now I'd be banned. I told him, "I'm not botting. What's the problem?" He then said, "We've received an anonymous tip that you've been botting and have investigated you for the past week and found it to be true." (I was playing that whole fricken' week - I never bot anyways I don't want to get banned...but apparently THSale does.) I assured him that I wasn't botting and he said that an IP Address that has been found botting has tried to log into my account over and over again for the past week. They never did though, so I didn't see the problem. I was typing something back, when the GM said, "Bye bye!" and I was banned. Had to buy a new copy of WoW and haven't bought TBC yet seeing as I just created my own Private Server (2.1.3.6898 version, too! ^.^) and I don't think I'll be going back to Retail WoW.
Btw, my new character's name is Spellmaster (account is inactive so I dunno if he'll show up in the Armory). I'm a 52 UD Frost Mage on Agamaggan (PvP).
