isn't the trial just the account? you get the full version of the game if you set up a trial account I beleive...
please enlighten me.

if u make a trial account and download the trial wow you don't get the full wow.

when one of my friends downloaded it recently with his trial, he got the full version from the web, afaik there isnt any difference between trial and standard original wow

When my wife downloaded the trial it actually streamed a lot of the data to her instead of installing it all. Once she upgraded she had to download a bunch.

That's true: you cannot download the full BC client from the website unless you have an account.
