Noggenfogger Elixer Nerfed

Noggen fogger elixer now has a 2 min cooldown, since the patch. I'm not sure if you still get slow fall from it, i drank a couple and didnt get the buff, so its possible you still can get slowfall. i remember someone saying that the buff would be changed from 2 min to 30 seconds.

It used to be 2 minute cooldown awhile ago and they changed it to instant/global coooldown a few patches ago. However I was reading the reason they changed it back to 2 minutes is because people were exploiting it in TBC from flying mounts to bomb people in opposing faction cities way to easy, and I dont mean just mages with PoM Pyro but being able to get onto roofs etc. (currently you cannot fly within a specific distance up or away from an opposing faction city, using nog from up higher to avoid this and enter the cities was the exploit)
