Speedhacking in instances

I apologize if this issue has been addressed before, but I didn't see any threads about it when I searched. Please excuse me if this is a n00b question.

Anyhow, it seems that speedhacking only faces two dangers:

1. Warden
2. Other players seeing you.

Now, assuming you're not detected by Warden, it seems you would be free to speedhack through an instance to the boss(es), agro wipe (Vanish/FD), and kill the boss. Obviously if you're alone in an instance there's no other players to report you, so that takes care of threat number 2. Just wondering if this is a viable farming method for Rogues/Hunters.

The warden will getcha unless you have the block, the warden gets em all and now WoW is scanning computers RAM. So if u run a program to get past the warden the spyware WoW installed will find it so pretty much my tip is play the game, when i got banned blizz replied that a WoW hack site was in my RAM at the time they banned me even with the program i used to block the warden...they found me and refused to give it back even though i had not hacked exploration was my crack and that gave me an advantage over other players=ban hope this helps flame me if needed!

So does anybody have an opinion on the viability of Cheatengine + Processguard in instance running?
