get out of perm bans? possible?

Game Master's are human beings, so there is always a chance, however small.

By two of my own bitter experiances, they wont.

Your chances of getting your account unbanned when you've had multiple violations and it's permanently closed is about the same odds of winning the lottery, I'd say.

They may be human beings, but they act like robots.

Like every previous posters have said, the chances are very low. The solution is to not use hacks (assuming you got banned for that, most likely), period. The game is fun without hacks.
