I found the solution to this problem, scroll down this thread 2 see the solution, hope this helps! I got this error for ca 3,4 days ago, i have tried wow repair and deleting stuff like model edit fix and model editing things, but it dont work... The thing is, if i start wow with wowme(model edit fix) it works but when i go inside a instance i get disconected after 5sec, dunno if that is a clue. ok here is some screanshot of the errors:  If i press Try again the picture over is comming again, or if i press Cancel or Continue the next picture come.  and this is the WoW report. OK! i fixed this problem, I searched upp "Startup_Strings.dbc" on google and found out that many ppl had this problem and this is how to fix it:
1:You go in your data folder
2:You delete your Patch.mpq
3.You run Repair.exe from wow folder
4.It says it serius dammaged and need 2 go back to patch 2.0
5.You press OK and after 20min its fixed!!!
Hope this helps if someone else has the same problem
