Will he retrieve it? Can I change some details?
I got the username + password + unconfirmed sqa and phone...
Am I save to play on it?

Well, I would surely not use the account on the same IP as your own account. I suggest you use a proxy (VPN proxy of some sort).
I am not sure if Blizzard logs IP adresses and for how long, but I am allways on the safe side for that. Not that I scam though (maybe will one day, but I doubt it).
If you cant get a proxy, be sure not to switch between accounts, allways keep several hours/days between the two accounts. Else Blizzard will surely connect the two accounts. Keeping 1 or 2 days in between can be seen as a ISP giving you a different IP address through DHCP.
If your ISP gives you a dynamic IP address, then you can probably force a new IP address to scam, and force another one to play the game on your own account again.
If you dont know how to scam accounts, then dont.
And you should never play on it, he can quickly retrieve his password if you dont know his emails PW.
