Need help forgetting everything I know about WoW

I posted this in General Chat but I think it's better in WoW General.

Now, this probably sounds ridiculous, but I'm wondering if there is a way to forget everything I know about WoW (apart from smashing myself in the head many times), the reason is that my main account got perm banned and I wish to start again, but it's just not the same as it was any more. I remember what WoW was like when I first started playing and I want to experience it through the eyes of a noob again, this is probably impossible but theres always hope.

Go buy some heroine and a couple hundred needles, and while you're at it tell your doctor you're back hurts and you think you should get some oxycontin to make sure your life isn't ruined by the insane amount of pain.

Did you play both Horde an Alliance?

I am sort of going though the same thing myself; I am trying to level other characters from the very beginning and it's painful to go through all the same things again =/

I played both, it's not really the areas or classes that are boring, it's mainly the game mechanics, the combat style, the general feel of the game really. I remember when I first started and it all felt new and I was curious to learn more about it.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Step One: The Initial Meeting
The first meeting with Dr. Mierzwiak serves primarily as an introductory meeting where the patient will be given a tour of the facility and a chance to meet the staff. After that, the patient will sit down for a consultation with Dr. Mierzwiak. While the possibilities for this procedure are endless, it is important that the patient and the doctor have a full understanding of each other's expectations for the patient's personal case. This helps the Lacuna team tailor the procedure to best serve the patient.

Step Two: Preparing for the procedure
After a patient decides of the specifics of what memory he/she is going to have erased, there is some initial preparation that goes into a successful procedure. The patient is instructed to collect any items or mementos that have any ties to the memory that is being targeted. These items will be used by the Lacuna team during and disposed of following the procedure. This is to ensure that the patient won't have any unexplainable items after the memory erasure.

Step Three: Mapping the memory
The team of Lacuna technicians will use the information they have received and the items brought in by the patient to create a map of the memory. They will then use this map to extract the memory from the patients mind.

Step Four: The Procedure
Following the map created specifically for every patient, Dr. Mierzwiak and his team will begin to erase the targeted memory. The procedure works on a reverse timeline, which means it begins with the most recent memories and goes backwards in time. This approach is designed to target the emotional core that every memory builds on. By eradicating the core, Dr. Mierzwiak is able to make the entire memory dissolve. When the patient wakes up from the surgery, they remember nothing.

Hmm, well they do this to cons. Get caught for something bad, like robbing a bank and make your self seem mentally ill. Then, they will take a device and scamblify the front part of your brain, then you wont remember anything.

The best way to try to "deter" yourself from WoW is to find other things to do. Such as , get a girlfriend, go learn programming (makes money, and in some cases its fun, Try VB or C++). Or, in the worst case MAKE a new account, go level it till you find its boring and you won't ever touch WoW again.

I don't want to stop playing WoW I want to carry on playing by making it all seem new again, sounds weird but I stopped playing because the game got boring for me but I'm going crazy because I can't find a replacement for it so I usually just half heartedly play my 360 every night, I need a replacement at least but I can't seem to find one, although EVE online looks pretty good..
