If you are using windows, the best (least memory usage and core features) is utorrent. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Then just tell windows to open it with utorrent and set up port forwarding.
Azureus Vuze use to be Azureus only. If you want azureus you want to get an older version cause vuze has unwanted software.. I like Azureus myself but I don't use any more. It has a lot of good options like categorizing. but it is slow. It also requires Java runtime environment.

The Media player thing which lets you download supposedly Hd movies has just preview content and is extremely slow.If you click view advanced that is the regular azureus
I also recommend uTorrent. Very nice, easy to use, good overview and fast !
