Regarding my post, it WAS FAKE. They told me that if i removed all the bad things i said i would get an powerlevel, and the also threw in a couple of "**** you"'s and what not. I would just like to say to ALL of you that theese guys are general *******s, they are nice while they are playing your acc, and when youre starting to talk to them, but directly after you get banned its a completely different story.
Example:
Me: So, you're not gonna do shit about my account which you got banned?
Them: I found this! *link to this thread* we wont help you **** you!
Me: You owe me a powerlevel
Them: Say this "bla bla (read it in my comments below)" and we will give you powerlevel if you get new cd-key.
Me: Fine but you should be responsible of getting my cd-key since it was you who banned it.
Them: **** you
Me: Ok, fine ill get a new cd-key.
*40 Minutes later in i bought a new cd-key.*
Me: Ok i got the cd-key.
Them: Contact me in 12 hours i will set up worker for you.
The person who told me to make the post was named "Tom", and he said get a new cd-key and i will powerlevel one for you, well i did get a new cd-key, and registered my account, but hey guess what. Tom has to "go" now, and he will be online tomorrow in 12 hours. So i contact him (This is in the middle of the night i stayed up all night just to give him my account info. When i finally opened the chat-log at 4 in the morning i got the answer; "Tom will be here in 8 hours, last promise he will be there.". Now that i've waited for 8 Hours and i started chatting with them, as soon as i mention a person named Tom, or anything about me being banned. They give me the silent treatment.
Maybe "Tom" is just ill or something, but i seriously cant be arsed with all this running back and forth all the time, im sick of these guys. And they were good, until i got banned.

Heya, Monani coming with bad News, i just want to share. This was my original account. I rented my rogue to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for them to farm for 1 week and leave around 3k gold (that was the deal), on the 5th day i got a charming lil' letter from blizzard.

This i found in my mailbox today.. i rented out my account to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and they, sure as hell wont be giving me compensation.
I logged in once to check how the things was going, bout 2 days ago.. i found my rogue being mid-air over a chest, with bugged spawns. And they tell me they dont cheat..? Must be some imba new chest-bug.

Blargh I just dropped over my rogue to them, but who said anything bout cheats? Apparantly they messed up when getting gold for you/something in that matter, and thats why ye got banned.

Everything is fine now. They will compensate me. It is not all their fault actually. they are very helpful right now and i regret saying bad things about them before.

Do you have a transcript of the conversation where they managed to change your mind so drastically?
I am wondering though, why do they want your CD key? Did they say?

I've been using them for a few weeks (3 accounts) and I have a couple of buddies I work with and haven't had any problems. I think most people know their customer service isn't the best but I've never had an issue getting paid etc.
