Rogue Twinking - Questions!

Hey!

I'm making a lvl 19 rogue Twink, and I have some questions for you all, which I really need answered...
Good answers will get +2rep for being helpful.


First of all, this is how I'm planning my twink:

Leggings: Scouting Trousers of the Monkey, 30+ sta +10 agi
Head: Green Tinted Goggles, Lesser Arcanum of Constitution
Shoulder: Talbar Mantle
Back: Sentry Cloak, +3agi (other option: +12 dodge rating)
Hands: Scouting Gloves of the Monkey, +15 agi
Waist: Deviate Scale Belt
Feet: Feet of the Lynx & minor speed increase
Finger 1: Seal of Wrynn (other option: Protector's Band)
Finger 2: Legionnaire's Band
Trinket 1: Arena Grand Master
Trinket 2: Insignia of the Alliance
Bracers: Forest Leather Bracers, +9 sta
Bow: Venomstrike + Standard Scope
Chest: Blackened Defias Armor, +100 hp
Neck: Sentinel's Medallion
Main-hand: Shadowfang, Lifestealing
Off-hand: Cruel Barb, +15 agi


Yeah I think that's pretty much it, so now my question is -
Which should I choose? Does these items sound good as my gear?

And also tell me what to choose, like. Seal of Wrynn or Protector's Band?
On Sentry Cloak, +3 agi or +12 dodge rating?

Etc...

Go with duel +15 agis, instead of Lifestealing. Get 150 Fishing, and do the fishing contest weekly on Sundays from 2-4 server time. You want to catch rare fish, because you can turn them in for a +15 Stamina hat, and a +12 Stamina Boots that can take BC enchants like Boar's Speed. Seal of Wrynn > Protector's Band. If you REALLLY want to, get 2 Sentry Cloaks and put both on them, one is for BGs, the other is for duels. Screw Venomstrike, get Throat Piercers. Get Serpent's Shoulders > Talbar Mantle.

That's all I have to say for now.

On a seperate note ; if you plan to have the +30 stam on your pants you need to buy ones that are already kitted, since they added the level req.

I'd say 12+ dodge instead of Agi, since dodge will be a hell lots on level 19

Lifestealing is good, I've used it on my twink, it always procs, if you use double, you don't even have to push the "IWIN" button

Actually, use 15+ Agility on both your weapons instead..
It will increase your dodge, armor and crit chance..
In my opinion thats better than 30+ hp that procs some times..

6PPM, it's quite alot, 12PPM for both of them, it's damage increase and +hp too.

[Enfeebleness]

Go fiery. Everyone looks down upon the enchant, although at level 19, the 40 extra damage can add a sweet amount of dps.

And when both proc, along side a sinister strike, offhand, both critting, you win, no battle at that point.

Crusader sucks, never get it. Ever.
+15 agility, meh, i'll take fire damage procing, seeing as it will be the same damage for a warrior, as it will be for a mage - compared to the +15 agil, where your damage sucks more unless you're fighting cloth/leather.

Lifestealing is a joke amongst enchants, get it if you like its glow, nothing else.
Consider it SLIGHTLY more usefull than unholy.
