I was just questing in Netherstorm a few minutes ago when I found this great easter egg! When turning in the quest where you "zap" the digging equipment back to the goblins, he will say he only received three of the four items you sent to him. The fourth will materialize ontop of one of them and explode; when it disappears the goblin that "died" will say "Im ok! It's just a flesh wound..." This is a reference to Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
