No, and if it did alot less people would be epic geared, and the ones that did have all the epics, wouldn't have a guild v.v |

Enfeebleness, It is very indeed possible to do a rollhack but doing so would be packet editing, which is when you edit a packet going to WoW and that is by all means Illegal and if used for very bad reasons can throw you in jail because your messing with WoW's property. |

Enfeebleness got Owned!!!! Anyway, there are methods that are used to roll-back, but they only affect your character. Use the forum search feature to find them.. |

All rolls take place on SERVER SIDE, not CLIENT. |

He's right though. Your client sends a "I'm rolling (min, max)" and the server tell you (and your party, and such) "you rolled a X".
Sure, you could edit the packet so it says you rolled stright 100's, but it will only have visual effects (aka, it may say you rolled highest, but only to you, and the item still went to the highest roller). |

you could indeed trick yourself into thinking you have a roll hack making you get 100/100 every time!, but you would roll normal in front of everybody else and there is no fun in that. And it would benefit you in no way possible. |

1. I intercept the file with the roll results in it
2. I change it to 100
3. I re-send it to WoW
4. ZOMG EPIX
5. Banned or if they get real mad it can result in a lawsuit =)
When you packet edit you are no longer talking about Client Side CE Sh*t your talking about messing with WoW's server and their OWN property so it will show up to everyone that you rolled a 100 but in an instant you'll be banned.
Some other uses of Packet Editing:
1. Using it to Edit EXP or GOLD from a quest
2. Using it to get Unlimited Health
3. Using it to get Unlimited Mana
4. Using it to make you hit a monster for XXXXXXXXX amount
5. Using it to Make L33t stuff drop from a crab
6. Using it to give yourself XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX amount of exp from one monster =)
7. Etc....
There are limitless possibilities when you packet edit and I have been there and done that. I have witnessed people getting sued and the game owners filing lawsuits because when you packet edit you MESS WITH THEIR SERVERS (THEIR PROPERTY)!!!

LOL that'd be funny if u went to jail for packet editing, it'll be like you surrounded by all these criminals nd they'll ask y did u do to get here nd u will be like i packet edited in the really cool game so i can get epics and look cool on my virtual character haha xD |

Highly Unlikely The Most that would happen is a ban and a maybe a IP Ban |

Ip bans are unrealistic and they cant throw u in jail but In other games i have heard about law suits and all that stuff ^^ | |
