Yep im canceling my WoW account.. Now it might seem that you'll think that i'll never do it, but im doing it because all of us have lives.. Just think back before you got WoW you were more outgoing and fun! Everyone will have their moments when they will have to cancle their WoW accounts, but not its my turn!
WARNING IF SCAMMING I WILL FILE IT TO THE POLICE AND SUE YOUR ASS. I've already sued someone for 1,000, and I wont be afraid to do it again!

A good thing to do is balance WoW and real life.
Like, I go out on weekends and get messed up and hook up with people (100% girls, btw). And then during the weekdays with like 2-3 hours of freetime I'll PVP and arena with my IRL Friends
It makes WoW more enjoyable, you don't get burnt out. You have a social life, and it is a good stress reliever if you wanna escape the outside world.
I'd say don't sell it, just reduce your play time because you will want to come back. |

How exactly are you going to sue a person over it? It's written right in the terms of agreement:
Ownership.
All rights and title in and to the Program and the Service (including without limitation any user accounts, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, any related documentation, "applets" incorporated into the Program, transcripts of the chat rooms, character profile information, recordings of games played on the Program, and the Program client and server software) are owned by Blizzard or its licensors.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, you acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in the Account, and you further acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to the Account are and shall forever be owned by and inure to the benefit of Blizzard.
Have fun sueing somone over something that was never yours.

I actually agree with the Mars Volta on this one. WoW can be enjoyable; you've spent plenty of time playing and you've loved it. Why forever get rid of that? I'd say either A) Just cut down on playing time. I have an active account, haven't been on in a week or so's time. I don't feel obligated to get back on, because I have no duty to it. As well, B) you just cancel the sub., and just go do whatever it is you want now. Maybe in a couple weeks, months, whatever, you'll want to come back and play. And it will be there waiting for you 
Then again, selling gives you some nice, hard cash  But if that's the case, rent out your account maybe?

Just saying though. | My guess is that he was sueing for an act of fraud, when it comes to dealing with REAL MONEY, fraud is fraud.
