M2 converter

Hey guys, Im looking for a .3ds to .M2 converter for Warcraft. I've been looking for one for a while and was beginning to think one didn't exist, then Krazzee told me it did, so I was wondering if anyone had it. Thanks.

(P.s., I have an .m2 to 3ds converter, just not the other way.)

Edit: this is studio max, I have that already. Im actually looking for the script to put a .max file, made in 3ds into a file that warcraft can read, namely, M2. I've tried putting .maxs in wow, and it just doesn't load them. Thanks for the links though.
