Arena Hiding Fun (10 Screen Shots)

Hey guys!

Let it first be noted that this IS the public test realm!

So we can assume that:

1) People will get bored and quit out (even though it's a rated game).
2) People are retarded.

Now that that's taken care of, onto the point of this thread =)
All I want people to get from this thread is a laugh

Me and a buddy joined some arena matches, our rating quickly skyrocketed, we were 12 wins to 2 losses.

The first time wasn't really hiding. My partner got D/C'd and I thought I was screwed... The warrior popped his fear and I went straight through the wall. Ceasing my chance, I trinketed out of the fear, and ran outside of the arena.

I ran around and wall jumped up top of the arena =) And started messing with them (warrior/pally combo can't hit me up there).

I ran around to the other side as my arena team came back on, but out of the arena.



Pretty much right after that they quit out and I won

The next game we played, once again, his internet messed up. This time it was that undead arena (can't remember the name off the top of my head).

I thought I was totally screwed, I stealthed around not knowing what to do.
I hid in this bush... they seemed like jerks, so I wanted to make them wait awhile.



They got the stealth tracker and I thought I was done for. But.... I don't know if these guy's are blind or what... they didn't see me! I thought back to the last arena where I made the other team quit for just chilling outside of the arena. So I bullshitted being outside of THIS arena. I told them that I was outside blah blah

I then said "woah there's a ****ing rabbit out here" .... they left about 30 seconds later.




Haha.. well, hope you guys liked looking at that, I couldn't stop laughing after winning 2 games without doing anything.

Do you get rating for that? IF you don't you can also just make arena team of druid and rogue, rogue/rogue yea. Then just wait for 1 to leave and butt-rape the other.

Of course you get rating for it. The significance of the second part and why two rogues would normally fail is that their are buffs that pop up giving you "super perception" to say the least. You can pretty much see anyone stealthed. Thats why it was so funny that they couldn't see me and actually believed that I made it out of the map.

Well it works the same for both druids and rogues. They should have been able to see me with the stealth buff... They walked literally right by me multiple times but never saw me. I dunno, maybe I blended in well with the bush. lol

Yea people will quit because they dont want to waste their time, and what does it matter if you lose rating? it resets everyday so there is no use. But i would actually like to see this in Live, with more than a 1800+ rating.

True, on a live server the outcome would have taken longer to get. The rating on the PTR doesn't reset every day though.


I still think that its funny that I got them to quit by hiding in a bush...

Blade's edge? I got feared out of the arena and then I jumped up the side of it and a mountain out there.
