Im going to go out on a limb and say that that guide isnt anything amazing. What you can find on these forums is the same if not better. As well, there are tons of links of a Joana and Brian Kopp's guides all over the place. Free > Costs monies.
Not really. Just find one of the areas he talks about that is around your level and just go there. And go from there I think for the most part you'll be able to figure out where you need to go and where you should and shouldn't go.
