The Noggenfogger Elixir

Hello,
As you may know, the Noggenfogger Elixir was nerfed in the 2.0.1 from a 4 seconds cooldown into a 2 minute one, and from a 2 minute slowfall into a 14 seconds one.
Please help the Old Noggenfogger Elixir.

I know it sounds impossible but i talked with a lot of GM`s about this ... the Dev`s must have a lot of people on that petition to actually change it back ... it`s possible so ... SIGN! And, tell your friends
