How do i open these Ports?

Please say,
I have a BT HomeHub.

Not sure if i need to config my Firewall or my Hub.
Firewall is, nortan Perrsanol Firewall 06 or 07.

I use this site when I have to reconfigure things to get my ports open again. Im not technically inclined, its kinda port forwarding for dummies based on brand =P
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Be careful if you have vonage, I forget what range you have to leave alone for those and not sure the site lists them.

I need to know Whats the program i'm trying to allow. When i need to know how to edit the allowence ;D
