We agree to the term of the game. Like to be a good player.
Do it write anywhere that they can have an acces to look in file with a spyware to see if we use any hack or soft. And we can have any hack on PC or prog ONLY if we use it its agaisnt the rule. SO blizzard are TOTALLY strong.

Warden itself is server side i think... or is temporarily downloaded onto ur PC when u logon(like 75 kb file) and then erased.

Warden is spyware. Warden scans ALL storage devices. It hashes everything... But guess what?

Every time you start WoW, you agreed to their EULA. They can look at whatever they want.

I still don't understand why you want to sue them? Who cares if they scan your WOW folder or even your whole hard drive, itsn ot like some fat guy in blizzard corp. building is looking over your donkey porn and posting it over the internet. its just hashes people, as in DJDQDSAJDIASDJ138173129DQDJQDJ.
