I know i have made quite a few threads but i want to give you as much info i could dig up on this problem. So here is my latest thread. this will tell you from square one what I have gone through to try to get Blizz to realize i didnt do anything to deserve this ban, anyway here it goes. hope you like it.

Thursday 9/22/06

[me] towards my friend i was grinding with: hey man ill brb need to lower my latency.

-exited WoW-

-Closed MSN, windows media player, CTRL+ALT+DEL and got rid of any un needed processes-

-went back into WoW-

-tryed to log on-

[Blizzards note on login]: your account has been suspended...

[me]: WTF what did i do?!

-my journey begins...-

-open up E-mail-

[me]: oh, ****. final warning from Blizz for using third party software. I dont use 3rd party software though.

-wrote an E-mail to them trying to explain my innocense and asked what exactly i did-

-Waited a day-

-got a email from blizz-

[Blizzard]: Sorry but i must refer to the EULA "all happenings in your account are your responsibility"

[me thinking to my self]: That didnt answer my question -.-

-phoned blizz-

-2 hour wait-

[blizz rep]: Sorry, you were hacking, we dont make mistakes. and if you call again ill perma ban you. (actually what he said >.>)

-sent an email back to blizz-

-got a new email from blizz-

[BLizzard]: We now you did it so you can save your speeches for someone who cares. If you respond to this E-mail we will perma ban you for wasting our time with your nonsense.

[me]: FU blizz!

And that is my story. and is the truth. there you go, blizz is an *******.

I wanna see a copy of that second email where they talked about saving your speeches... the one right before you said FU blizz.

If it actually says that in its language... Then they have a problem.

Yeah the E-mail was a little more formal but it went like this

Greetings,

(I am cutting out the the account stuff they put here)

We know how you feel on this situation but we have undeniable proof that you have used third-party software. We must inform you that there is no oppurtunity to get this action we have taken off your account. We caution you, under no circumstances should you reply to this E-mail or have your account permanently closed for wasting this departments time.

That was the actual E-mail except for the stuff inside the bracets but you understand. Anyway just so you know i for got to add in the second reply i sent, the one before this one, I told them that this situation cannot be resolved if you cant tell me what i did. I cannot learn from a punishment if I don't know what I am being punished for.

yeah... that's Blizzards care in plain english.

I don't know if you were or were not using a hack or bot program but honestly if you were or at least they thought you were you deserve to be treated like you were. Now if blizzard was honestly wrong then they are *******s who need to look into things before banning half their playing community.

My account was also banned in this wave but i simply wrote them an email

To Blizzard:

Hello, My account was recently banned for using thrid party programs. I would like to assure you that i do not and have never used a program on WoW that was not a map addon. My current addons include metamap and monkey quest. I'd like to know if these are programs that break the rules in any way.

So you see when they made a mistake on my account they were very reasonable about finding the problem and correcting it.. So for them to just blow you off like that i would have to say you were probably doing something you weren't supposed to.....

That doesn't make sense that Blizzard would threaten you for following up on your ban.
