leveling site idea. - 06-29-2007

Hello guys,
I had this idea for a leveling site.

What is different about this site is that it would not be a powerleveling site... because the levelers would be "average joes" just wanting to make a buck on their spare time.

The good thing about this is that prices would be about 40%-50% cheaper than other powerleveling sites.

Its just an idea but what do you think?

I dunno, people usually pay to get the character leveled faster, rather than cheaper. It might be a good deal if you want to save some money, though.

I found something in the end user license agreement a leveling site might find interesting, so here you go.

Section 3B of [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] :
"B. You may permanently transfer all of your rights and obligations under the License Agreement to another by physically transferring the original media (e.g., the CD-ROM or DVD you purchased), all original packaging, and all Manuals or other documentation distributed with the Game; provided, however, that you permanently delete all copies and installations of the Game in your possession or control, and that the recipient agrees to the terms of this License Agreement. The transferor (i.e., you), and not Blizzard, agrees to be solely responsible for any taxes, fees, charges, duties, withholdings, assessments, and the like, together with any interest, penalties, and additions imposed in connection with such transfer."

So I guess basically if you do the direct online upgrade, you have no physical media, so you could "legally" transfer the account to someone else's ownership. The end kind of gives them a loophole though: they can ban you if they damn well wish to.

I got an idea of how it could work.

There would be a section called.

"become a leveler"

Basicaly anyone can become a leveler but starters could only level 0-20 orders.

"amateurs" as they would be called (its still on the drawing board), would be able to level 0-35 or anything in between.

Veterans of the site could choose any order they would like to do 0-70 or 60-70... since this would not be a commitment deal. You could level at your leasure.

its basically a ranking type of thing, and your rank would depend on how much money you get.

This would be to protect accounts from being "stolen".

not that they could because we would not ask for anything other than username and password

This site would be an alternative to the more expensive site. so, for example;
a 0-60 deal could cost you about $200 on some sites.

On ours it would cost you $60-$70.
The leveler would receive 60% so about $50, and the site about $30.

it seems like a nice deal to me.

I would need to do a bussiness plan and get the final numbers though.

wow marlo, out of all people, I cant beleive you took that other post seriously.

I was just wanted to see if someone would actually give me their account.

With all the people here trying to make the perfect scam... I though "why not just ask politely for peoples accounts?"

I really didnt beleive they would give me anything.

What I am trying to do here is a website to get money. Obviously having a website like this and stealing an account wouldnt be good for the site now would it?

and really it wouldnt be me playing it would be other people.... that would like to play the game they love for free, and get some money while their at it.
