i'm just wondering, if you are caught phishing for an acct, could you get in legal trouble? has it ever happened before? what are the chances?

It may be illegal in the US...that is why you find someone to host it with a server outside of the US :P

They can't touch it then or even figure out who its coming from.

that sort of penalties are for credit card phishers/fraudsters not wow accountslol

i guess if you scam the account then sell it for money then it's kinda illegal..

can u reccommend any hosters that are outside the US but have no ads and work with php and upload ftp?

Anyway all account Phissing is dealt with mainly in the confinds of wow so ur account/s get band if your trying to get there credit card info off wow and basicly commit identy fraud then the charges are ALOT bigger

Gold selling, Peons4hire was sued by Blizzard becasue The peon's arent in china theyre in Florida (US) There a bunch of Just white guys. They are expensive to. lol

They are still doing it tho my friend just bought 1k they are gona get sent to prision prolley

And 5 years in jail for doing the phising. if you were caught and fined/jailed you wouldnt be sent to a bad prison and they would prolley sent you on porol after a month. Because it's not a bad crime and they prolley might give you a shorter time to get porol if you were good lol
