for the first time i actually got reported and recieved an email from blizzard because i called someone a bitch and i recieved my first warning, now here is my question, is it possible to get your account banned just off swearing? and if it is how many times would i need to be reported

If someone reports you for harrasing then they will most likely ban you. The amount of curse words does not play a role.

Which doesn't make the MOST sence in the world, seeing as there is a curse word filter that you have to turn off to even see the word if it is typed out correctly... but that's blizzard for you.

Blizz can ban u 4 anything or nothing u singed the TOS maby you sould have a look at some of the crap they swized you into

Obex is correct, you can be banned at any time for anything, it's totally at the GM's discretion.

But, you just received a warning, meaning no real account action is being taken at this time. If you were reported again for swearing, they may warn again, or temp ban, or perm ban, really no way to tell. It would depend on the situation and severity i'd assume.

Good rule of thumb, if you're warned for doing something, try not to do it again, because a pattern is more ban-likely than a first time screw up.

The GM's can ban you for just a simple exploit. It's kind of like speeding, some cops will give you a ticket for going 1 mile over, others let you alone.
