I have decided to start playing WoW again.
What should I play? Warrior tank or dps mage?
I enjoy tanking & dps, I don't mind which one.
Which would get me into raids more?
I prefer to specialize in 1 spec. (Tank or Dps)
And is tanking a lot harder than dps? |

Along with that, Warrior tanks aren't fun, if you would tank I'd say Pally or DK (if you got a lvl55). Mages are pretty fun to play, are OP at PvP (PMR), and are pretty easy to do good DPS. Imo, go Mage. |

Reputation: 32 Level up: 83%, 121 Points needed | | | | Tanking is more versilate, but also harder. For PvE it's a LOT easier to do dungeons (and thus PvE) as a tank, as you need 1 tank and 1 healer for a group but 3 dps. Mages do pretty good DPS, but they are easily replaced by any other dps class, so only PvP frost dps would make it a good, fun class (imo).

My friend said that it was really difficult finding a good guild needing tanks.
This true? |

This true? | It's not true on my server, but I can see it being true due to, every class can DPS; not every class can tank, a guild might want 2-3 tanks per class, DK, pala, Warr, Druid, that's 8 tanks total. (In my guild I'm the only prot pala, lootwhore)
And then every class can DPS, that's 20 DPS, but you want more than 2 DPS per class, maybe 3-5.
Same goes for healtards.
