How long does it take Blizzard to reply?

So far its taken atleast 12 days since I sent a email to Blizzard saying how I mistakenly used a American credit card when paying for a sub and got 1 day of "free" play and I now want to use my normal British Card.
Is this normal? Cause I'm dying to play Q.Q!

Very normal.
my account was turned off for about a year at my own wanting,because I was hacked.
when i decided i wanted to play again i sent in an email cuz i couldn't access my account and they wanted a notarized copy of my ID
with my signature sent into them saying, I wanted it reactivated but they.
It took me about 4 days in the proses to get it back.
trust me this is nothing compared to the horror stories I've had
such as I had a girlfriend playing wow and shared an account that I payed for and was under my name then we broke up my X takes the account ...
and when I get it back there are charge backs on it.
because she refused to pay, once it was mine again, for the time that she had spent on it.

trust me you'll get your account soon don't worry

Hello I have another question.
If I don't know the registered email to my account and I've been hacked what should I do?
All the webforms ask me for registered email.
I have the original key and SA. Name and everything but the email.

Your best bet to get any issue resolved quickly is simply to call em, its cheaper for blizzard not to feed their e-mail monkey and get a new one every time the previous die.. Hence the extra long delay ( The new e-mail monkeys aren't so good at pressing their e-mail macro )

I was just worrying if I had not the registered email they would not let me have it back.
The original cd key, SA is enough :S
