If you are using a bot to join a bg automatically, will that be a permanent ban?

Reputation: 381 Level up: 48%, 581 Points needed |  | | | depends if it is your first time getting caught and mostly the GM... it will be from 12 hours to permanent ban... probably if you use the bot only for joining the BGs it won't be a problem

| Well, Im getting that Inactive buff, so I dont get any honor/marks, but if I have that buff for a long time, will there be a risk that a GM take a look at me, or?
This is actually my question: How long do you get banned if you have a bot that enter a bg, leaves it when its done, then entering it again, then loop it?

Reputation: 5 Level up: 38%, 250 Points needed | | | | Botting is always a risk and it's never allowed. But if it's the first time they see you and you haven't got any warnings on your account i dont think you can get a permanent ban, but you will get banned for some hours/days |

Reputation: 5 Level up: 38%, 250 Points needed | | | | And btw, if you only have a bot who enter and leave a battleground many players will report you. And then you have a high risk getting noticed by blizzard :P
My advice is: If you wanna do botting in BG you should get a good bot so that none will notice that it's a program playing. (A bad bot plays as good as a 12 years old german guy, so it shouldn't be to hard)
So if you looks like a normal geek grinding BG all day none will report you and blizzzard won't notice :P |
