Got quick question about doing a credit card chargebacks with paypal. I just got scammed by an account seller (he recalled the account) and need to do a charge back. I paid through paypal via my credit card and wondering what's the best way to initiate the charge back. Should I call up paypal and tell them I got hacked and there's an unauthorized transaction? Or open a dispute with paypal and tell them that the seller never delivered the item? Or should I just all up my credit card company instead? What should I tell them? |
