Does blizzard monitor pm's ?

one of my friends came ingame while i was afk botting and he pmed me saying hello then becuase i wasnt there to answer he then said "oh botting again huh ? ok will speak to you later" now this doesent look good if they do monitor pm's

You might aswell think of a 10 TB log file a secound from blizzard running in. Blizzard can only see the past 24 hours if I am correct.
