how to change from patch 2.1.1 to 2.1.0?

hi. Someone here knows how to change from patch 2.1.1 again to patch 2.1.0? I tried but didn't work.

go into World of Warcraft folder then Data folder, delete the patch.mpq in there.
Then delete the WoW.exe in the main World of Warcraft folder. Then download repair tool from here:[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
run that then run the patch you want and their you go.
