hey i kileld a dude in brd on my 56 warrior today, but i dont know exactly how i pulled it off. he wasnt pvp, and he was on my faction, if anyone knows, please tell

Well, I'm not sure if you can actually duel inside BRD, but either a mob could have killed him, a player of the opposite faction could have attacked him after you defeated him and he had very little health left, or it was a bug (which I've never heard of happening before, |

it was outside BRD by stone
at first i thought it was rend, but i noticed rend dispells when duel ends

I think it's a random world bug. I've seen it happen a bunch of times, have had it happen to me, and happen to people i've been dueling before. Haven't picked up on any common factor yet, but it does happen.
For no reason, no mobs around (IE, jumping by the bank steps in IF and initiating a duel) -- person is defeated, goes to knees to "beg", then just dies. It's odd. And I noticed the same, all dots and whatnot were dispelled when the duel ends..
The only thing I can think is a small amount of server lag allows a few extra damage to go through after the person is down to 1. *shrug*
