Alot of people say, on this forum, to set up an australian Paypal account, because of numerous reasons.
But on the VCC buying website ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) they say :
"Please Note: USA , UK , Australia , and Canadian PayPal accounts also need a bank account for full verification."
So if i bought a VCC, and used it on my australian account, it wouldnt be verified ?

VCC means Virtual Credit Card, but it's actually an online bank. You will be given a bank account number, name, and your name will be on the account. You can then verify your account with it. At least - that is my understanding, almost 100% positive on this. I think it e-mails you the information and it's good for a couple days before it just leaves. Good luck.
I believe that Aussie paypals do need a Bank for complete verification. But i think that if u add a VCC, and it goes through, then you will be able to send and receive payments. Just it wont be called "full verification". I believe that there is no difference between full verification and verification with only one of the two options (credit card or Bank account).
So i say, hell, just try it.
