Reputation: 10 | | | Scammed Account Help So, I successfully scammed the jackpot. A level 80 Draenei paladin, full epics, everything you could ever want. I changed all the Contact Info, I double changed the e-mail (so that the person couldn't recover and change the email) ya da ya da ya da.
I had the account in my possession for 2 days roughly, and then something strange happened. I tried to log on, but it said that the password or account name was invalid. Wtf, I didn't type anything wrong! I've tried 30+ times to log in, I even checked the email that the account is now bound to. No e-mails from Blizz, nothing about info being changed.
Please tell me I didn't lose the account to the previous owner. Does anyone have any idea of how I can fix this ? | Donate to remove ads, get your "DONATOR title, and get access to the MMOwned community's elite Shoutbawx.

And 2 days is roughly that amount of time it takes for Blizzard to make sure that he is the original owner and stuff like that.
Just my 5 cents tbh ;> Because it is not sure that the previous owner is the original owner, right? |

He either filled out the webform and sent in ID or called blizzard.
sorry for loss

please, at least try to make some sense. obviously, within the time restraint, he would go on the character. |

maybe he's bored of having a fully epicced lvl 80
or realized that alliance is lame
you know, it only takes about 30 seconds to make a new character
maybe he hasn't even logged on since recovering the account
some people do have a life outside of WoW
also, its kind of pathetic that you're stalking a character you scammed and then lost. |

Really? You think he wouldn't log on after realizing he obtained his paladin? Yeah, true, people do have a life outside of WoW, but I'm sure he/she was paranoid enough to try hard to get it back.
Awww, did you have one of your accounts scammed? You seem sort of tetchy. |

also, maybe he logged on when you weren't on, or do you stalk the character 24/7?
and, actually, im a former scammer and i never bitched about losing accounts. I'm kind of the person who invented the technique of linking to a phishing site inside a php mailer. |
