Quick way to level?

I was just wondering if there was any kind of a really quick way to level on a Blizzard server, Like having a lvl 80 friend kill mobs with you in a party or something like that.

I'm going to say the mob thing probably doesn't work because from what I remember of playing WoW, if a higher lvl in a party is pretty much fighting the mob, then he gains most if not all of the exp.

I do remember some old thing about a paladin called Athene using some kind of bug (possibly an exploit) to find an insanely fast way to lvl. He was then banned, but i didn't know if any further thing had happened from this.

If a lvl 80 could help me level faster in any other practical way then, that would be no problem for me as my brother would be happy to help me.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Edit: I may be a site noob, but well I kinda forgot mmowned existed when i stopped playing WoW (i discovered mmowned near the end of my playtime). So that's kind of why. Just kind wanted to say that.

To level fast try Brain Kopp's Alliance Leveling Guide or Jonas's Horde levelng guide.. having sumone power level you is a waste unless your Goin to RAF so I suggest the guides.. they help and work i went 1-60 within a week and a half

I used them before, But it was annoying always Alt-Tabbing and even playing in Windowed mode with the guide.

I should probably try it in conjunction with Quest helper and the one addon that opens your leveling guide in game, could help quite a bit.

The new revised 1-80 has ingame addon Guide so no need for alt tabbing and if u combine it with cartographer and quest helper its faster and shows you everything like nothing.. trust me thats the best way to go unless you wanna pay over 100$ on power leveing

RAF is clerly best way to 60.

Yeah then once your 60 and having trouble. use a guide even though 60-68 isnt too hard cause you can go to northrend at 68

I used Zygor's guide to get to 80. It was great, took me about 11 days /played to get there including bgs and leveling skills

80 in 11 days = too much time on your hands especially with BG and lvling skills

There are addons and leveling guides to level fast, and you can use RAF and get 3x as much.. or pay for powerleveling.

exactly... Like I said above... RAF with someone till 60, Use a in game guide to get to 80 and badda bing badda boom, Start raiding and gettin geared

I used recruit a friend or refer a friend, whatever you want to call it, me and him would be online, beside each other while my friends from school's 80's just ran us through the toughest instances we could enter and we would level almost every run sometimes, it was great.
I got to level 60 (max with RAF) in 8 hours played, we would do this very quickly and was so simple

So RAF and get a 80 to run instances for you.

I have my level 72 paladin now, gawd i love it so much.
It was so easy too, my friend multiboxed the acccounts most of the time so I pretty much got a free level 60 after a few days
