| [Help Request] What should i do :O ?
Hello Fellow MMowned Members :P
I got a big problem, i bought this account from my friend last year (oktober 2008)
The email there was bound to the account was closed, so we couldnt change in
unless we talk'd to billing and account service by phone.
But well, now i've got (Account Locked) for some reason i don't know, Someone
logged into my account several times, while i was logging back in, so we did that
4-5 times, and BOOM account banned ( Account manager ment say "Account
Locked" ) I couldnt recive the email becourse no one has acces to the registraided
one, becourse my friend changed internet company, so the old company deleted
his email.
So now im with a account, i got name of my friend, name of my friends old email, +
account username, password, SQ/A.
I did called the Blizzard (Billing account service) department, and they said they
where unable to do anything before the account was Unlocked again.
And without i got acces to the email registraided to the account, so i can check
the email there have been send to me, im actuelly stuck ? i can't do anything?
Please help me solv this problem, i really need to fix this :S
When i log into account managerment, This is what i get:
"This account has been temporarily disabled and is currently unable to access World of Warcraft.
An email has been sent to the registered address on the account with the reason for this temporary closure. If you would like to appeal this decision or did not receive the message please contact our Account Administration team via our webform.
Don't have access to your registered email address? Click Here."
When i try log into WOW this is what i get:
"This account have been banned, and is no longer avable to use World of Warcraft"
