I'd have to say Boomkin, but I haven't raided in awhile so i wouldn't know for sure. But like Kreck put it, depends on party/talents/skills or whatever.

the highest dps that I have seen in raids are either mages or DKs. Ive seen a couple mages top the Recount scale in Naxx 25 but moreso I see DKs at the top of most every raid/heroic I go on

Really, it depends on your gear and your skill as a player.

I wish I had got my rogue to 80 before they fixed the HAT bug, pushing 8/9k dps looked like fun. Since the patch, I think Survival hunter might be a bit OP, and frostfire for mages is pretty beefcake if you play it well.
