In a raid (should be a 25) just use the item and target the spot where all the healers are standing. It will make all the healers laugh or dance, and they are stun-locked until the effect wears off. This will definitely wipe your raid and cause everyone to hate you

Only way I could ever see this being helpfull is if you hack an account and raid on it for shits and giggles... G kick for sure, especially if you do it mult. times.
