I was gonna do their free 70 to 80 leveling anyone know if this is a scam?

Yah this is. If you get banned Permanently, they don't give you anything. And Blizzard will notice the huge IP Changes.

I got banned on 2 accounts because of them the other day

they are ignoring me emails, closing out of live chats, and not iming me back.

they are legit UNTIL you get banned.
