upload it to a good file sharing website. Like imageshack.us:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

then browse for the appropriate file, and then click upload.

Once its finished, youll see multiple codes on the page. Highlight and copy the one closest to the bottom of the page.

now when you are posting, put that code you highlighted in between these tags:
