Can u make HH speach on command?

i was just wondering if there a /script or someting to make the HH's speach play on command just client side,

the "prepare ur selfs the bells have tolled,, shelter..." one if u could post in here or pm me that would be Awesome, and ill giev u reps if it works,,

also his laugh would bee leet too
