Will there be a wrath battle chest?

Yeah, so like the title says, I wanted to know if there would be a WoTLK battle chest that would include BC and WoTLK or BC, WoTLK, and the core game.

Also, do you think Wrath will upgrade your account to be able to use BC as well?

Burning Crusade was released January 16, 2007. The sales of the original BC expansion cost ~$40 was ...the battlechest for WoW and BC is now $36 New on Amazon.

Battlechest editions for Blizzard games (Starcraft, Warcraft 2 + Expansion, Warcraft 3 + Expansion, Diablo + Diablo 2 + D2 Expansion Battlechest, WOW + BC Battlechest) are usually sold a few months AFTER the expansion for the game comes out.

The Battlechests are usually released as sales for the expansion stand-alone decrease. For example in January-Summer of 2007 the Burning Crusade and WoW Set was $40+$40=$80...in October the price halved to ~$36 and I believe it includes a strategy guide.

In short, the battlechests are released when sales of expansions are slow, so your answer is YES most likely there will be a WOTLK battlechest including WoW and all the expansions for about $40-50...

Thanks Glovek77, that was very informative and helps me understand. So, do you think it would be prudent then to wait till it comes out around January or Febuary, or just buy BC, Core, and Wrath now? I do have an account, but a friend created it for me at the time, so everything is in his name. I figured i'll just make a new one since this particular account is Core only, and i've only got at the highest a level 12 human paladin. XD

Depends riizu, do you want to save the money? Do you have a level 70 and want to get to 80 as fast as possible, or do you want to wait until all the raiding guilds are far along?
